These panels hold snug, keep your switches tight in place, are easy to remove, and can even be customized with custom text, a Toyota logo, or a Lexus logo.

Very sturdy and the switch electrical parts that I transferred to it from the stock part fit perfectly. Does not accommodate the ashtray but not a concern for me.
