No wiring necessary, just pop out the old light cover and bulb, drop the bulb adapter in, plug in the new light and you're all set.

Easy, bright, awesome.

I am very happy with how bright this light is! In a dark underground parking lot, this thing illuminates the whole trunk. And what made it even better was the easy installation. Took me only several minutes to pop off the light cover and remove and reinstall 4 screws.
